By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read carefully.
1. Scope of Services
Elevate Epoxy provides premium epoxy flooring solutions for residential, commercial, and garage spaces. All services are rendered in accordance with the specifications agreed upon in the client estimate or signed proposal. We reserve the right to decline or cancel services if conditions on-site are unsafe or differ significantly from those initially disclosed.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are provided based on initial consultation and are valid for 30 days.
Pricing is subject to change if scope, square footage, or materials are modified.
Any changes must be confirmed in writing by both parties.
3. Deposit & Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to schedule services and purchase materials.
The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon completion of the project.
We accept credit card, debit, ACH, or cash.
Failure to pay within 7 days of project completion may result in additional late fees (5% per 14 days overdue) and legal recovery action if necessary.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
No refunds will be issued for services or materials once a project has been scheduled.
In the rare case of dissatisfaction, Elevate Epoxy will make reasonable efforts to resolve or correct installation issues within the scope of the original agreement.
5. Warranty & Limitations
Elevate Epoxy offers a 1-year satisfaction warranty on craftsmanship and product performance under normal use conditions.
This warranty does NOT cover:
Foundation movement or structural instability
Cracking due to weather extremes (flooding, freezing, heat expansion)
Heavy impact, neglect, or misuse by the client or third parties
Improper cleaning chemicals or abrasive tools
Client must notify Elevate Epoxy in writing of any concerns within the warranty period.
All repair requests will be evaluated case by case.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring the workspace is:
100% cleared of furniture, vehicles, personal items, and debris
Accessible at the scheduled installation time
Free from active water leaks, hazardous materials, or safety concerns
Failure to comply may result in rescheduling fees or additional labor charges.
7. Delays & Job Site Conditions
Elevate Epoxy is not liable for project delays caused by:
Inclement weather
Unforeseen site conditions
Client-caused delays or inaccessibility
Product or material supply chain issues
If such delays occur, rescheduling will be coordinated as promptly as possible.
8. Intellectual Property & Content Usage
Unless the client explicitly opts out in writing, Elevate Epoxy reserves the right to:
Photograph, film, and showcase completed work for promotional purposes
Use these materials across social media, web platforms, print, and digital advertising
All content on this website—including designs, text, graphics, and logos—is the sole property of Elevate Epoxy and may not be used without written permission.
9. Marketing & Communication Consent
By submitting your information through our website or services, you agree that Elevate Epoxy may:
Contact you via email, SMS, or phone
Use your contact info for internal marketing efforts and promotional offers
Your information will never be sold to third parties.
10. Third-Party Contractors
In some cases, Elevate Epoxy may use subcontractors for specialized tasks. All subcontractors are vetted and insured. Elevate Epoxy remains the primary point of contact and ensures quality and accountability.
11. Limitation of Liability
Elevate Epoxy is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage or defects in the substrate or structure
Damage to flooring caused by environmental events post-installation
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the floor
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to:
Attempt resolution through written communication first
If unresolved, enter mediation before taking legal action
Any legal claims must be filed in the state and county corresponding to Elevate Epoxy’s primary business location (e.g., , Glendale/Peoria, Arizona)
13. Changes to These Terms
Elevate Services LLC, operating as Elevate Epoxy, reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. All changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date.
